Think about the Matrix for just one minute. Its quite clever, and any reviewer who tires of the philosophy can go tune into Fast And Furious 2 and then tell me that the story of Matrix is gobblegook. I hate critics.

Anyway, The Matrix actually reflects my perception of one way we could be eternal beings. Think about this. We are eternal beings, so the flesh dies but apparently our souls predated the flesh, at least in some Christian circles. So, in a way, my soul has plugged into this world, forgotten about the true reality, and thus I am bound by the rules of this world. There are documents ( The Bible, etc. ) that suggest there is more, but its impossible to prove. What is relieving is that when we wake up, it is not the post-apocylptic world we'll be facing, with tastless goop for food and robotic hordes chasing us relentlessly. No, what we'll be seeing is quite the opposite, and as far as we can read, infinately better.

So, Christian, Free Your Mind.
